Description

This deep dish cookie dough cheesecake pizza is the ultimate dessert mash-up—thick, chewy cookie dough crust meets creamy cheesecake filling, all topped with gooey chocolate chips and sweet drizzles. A rich, indulgent treat perfect for parties or serious cravings.

Ingredients

  • For the Cookie Dough Crust:
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • For the Cheesecake Layer:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Extra chocolate chips
  • Mini cookie dough balls
  • Chocolate or caramel drizzle
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform or deep-dish pie pan.

  2. Make the cookie dough crust: Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Mix in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and fold in chocolate chips.

  3. Press most of the cookie dough into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan. Reserve some for topping.

  4. Make the cheesecake layer: In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.

  5. Pour cheesecake batter over the cookie dough crust. Drop spoonfuls of reserved cookie dough on top and sprinkle with extra chocolate chips.

  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and center is just set. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Add a swirl of Nutella or peanut butter to the cheesecake layer for extra flavor.
  • Best served chilled, or warmed slightly for a gooey cookie base.
  • Serve with ice cream or a drizzle of hot fudge for a true dessert experience.
