- For the Ganache Topping:
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 8-inch round cake pans.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
