Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef sirloin or stew meat, cut into bite-sized cubes

- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Optional: In a skillet over high heat, brown steak bites in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Transfer beef to the crockpot. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and sliced butter on top.
