Crispy Chocolate Marshmallow S’mores Bites are gooey, chocolate-filled treats wrapped in golden dough and rolled in graham cracker crumbs — a fun, fried twist on the classic campfire dessert made easy for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 8–10 large marshmallows
- 8–10 chocolate squares or 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can crescent roll dough or 8–10 wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
- Optional: cinnamon or melted chocolate for topping
Instructions
- Flatten each crescent roll triangle or wonton wrapper on a clean surface.
- Place one marshmallow and a piece of chocolate in the center of each.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and seal all edges tightly.
- Heat oil in a skillet or deep fryer to 350°F.
- Fry bites in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- While warm, roll in graham cracker crumbs and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
- Serve immediately while gooey and warm.
Notes
- Use Nutella or cookie butter instead of chocolate for variation.
- Freeze filled dough for 10 minutes before frying for controlled melting.
- Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes if preferred over frying.
