Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) package cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 23 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: ½ tsp Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
