Description

This Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta is a quick, comforting weeknight dinner packed with flavor. Tender ground beef, bowtie pasta, and a luscious Parmesan garlic cream sauce come together in under 30 minutes. Perfect for busy families or meal prep!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth (or water)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.

  5. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is creamy and smooth.

  6. Return pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and a pinch of red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.

  • Swap beef for ground turkey or sausage to switch up the flavor.

  • Add veggies like spinach, mushrooms, or sun-dried tomatoes for extra nutrition.

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best creamy texture—pre-shredded cheese may result in graininess.

  • Reheat with a splash of cream or broth to revive the sauce’s creaminess.
