Description

Creamy Garlic Beef with Pasta is a comforting and flavorful meal made with tender beef, garlicky cream sauce, and your favorite pasta. It’s a quick, hearty dinner that’s perfect for busy nights or cozy evenings in.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 1 lb beef strips or ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium-high heat. Cook beef until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in beef broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce slightly.
  5. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return beef to skillet and stir to coat with the creamy sauce.
  7. Add cooked pasta and toss until well combined and heated through.
  8. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

Notes

  • Swap beef with chicken or sausage for variety.
  • Add mushrooms or spinach for extra texture and nutrients.
  • Stir in red pepper flakes or pesto for added flavor.
  • Use cream cheese or mascarpone for a richer sauce.
  • Use half-and-half instead of cream if preferred, but expect a thinner sauce.
