Description

Cottage Cheese Chips are a crispy, high-protein, low-carb snack made by baking or air frying spoonfuls of seasoned cottage cheese until golden. Perfect for dipping or munching on their own, they’re a healthy and satisfying alternative to traditional chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd or blended smooth)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp paprika or chili powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Everything bagel seasoning or other toppings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or set air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Drop small mounds of cottage cheese onto the sheet, spreading each into a thin 2–3 inch circle.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and any optional seasonings or toppings.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or air fry for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Let chips cool completely on the tray—they will firm up as they cool.
  7. Peel off gently and serve or store.
