Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber, sliced into ¼-inch rounds
- 6 oz cream cheese or whipped herbed cheese
- 1 cup flaked cooked salmon (not smoked)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh dill or chives, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Slice cucumber into ¼-inch rounds and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with lemon zest, herbs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread or pipe a small amount of cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Top each with a piece of flaked salmon.
