Description

This Chicken Caesar Wrap is a simple, satisfying twist on the classic Caesar salad, featuring juicy chicken, crisp romaine, Parmesan, and creamy dressing all rolled into a soft tortilla. It’s quick to make, easy to prep ahead, and perfect for lunch, dinner, or meals on the go.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken, sliced or shredded
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup grated or shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup crushed croutons (optional)
  • 24 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss romaine with Caesar dressing until coated.
  3. Add chicken, Parmesan, and crushed croutons (if using), and gently toss to combine.
  4. Spoon filling into the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil/parchment for later.

Notes

  • Use grilled, blackened, or rotisserie chicken for convenience and flavor.
  • Add avocado, a dash of hot sauce for a twist.
  • Swap romaine for kale or spinach if preferred.
