Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast (grilled or shredded)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tortilla wraps (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce or mixed greens
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Slice or shred the cooked chicken breast.
  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Lay out the tortillas and spread the mashed avocado evenly over each.
