Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup tomato or pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional fillings: chopped bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, spinach, onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 6–8 rectangles or circles.
