Description

Cheesy Stuffed Pizza Pockets at Home are golden, handheld treats filled with melty cheese, zesty sauce, and your favorite toppings — a fun, customizable take on classic pizza perfect for any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup tomato or pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional fillings: chopped bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, spinach, onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 6–8 rectangles or circles.
  3. On one side of each piece, add a spoonful of sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and desired toppings.
  4. Fold the dough over and press the edges with a fork to seal.
  5. Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
