Description

Cane’s Chicken Finger Sauce is a creamy, tangy, peppery dipping sauce that pairs perfectly with chicken fingers, fries, burgers, and more. This easy-to-make copycat recipe captures the signature flavor with just a few pantry ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise and ketchup until smooth.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika (if using).
  3. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors meld.
  5. Stir again before serving. Enjoy with chicken fingers, fries, or burgers.

Notes

  • Adjust pepper for spiciness to taste.
  • Add a splash of hot sauce for extra heat.
  • Use Greek yogurt in place of some mayo for a lighter version.
  • Add a pinch of sugar for a touch of sweetness if desired.
