Butterfinger Balls are no-bake peanut butter treats loaded with crushed Butterfinger candy and dipped in smooth chocolate. These bite-sized confections are sweet, crunchy, and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 3 regular-sized bars)
- 2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp shortening or coconut oil (optional, to smooth chocolate)
Instructions
- Beat peanut butter and softened butter together until creamy and smooth.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar until a thick dough forms.
- Stir in crushed Butterfinger candy until well combined.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips with shortening or oil if using, until smooth.
- Dip chilled balls into melted chocolate and place back on parchment.
- Let set at room temperature or chill in the fridge until firm.

- Roll in crushed peanuts or drizzle with white chocolate for extra flair.
