Description

Butterfinger Balls are no-bake peanut butter treats loaded with crushed Butterfinger candy and dipped in smooth chocolate. These bite-sized confections are sweet, crunchy, and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 3 regular-sized bars)
  • 2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp shortening or coconut oil (optional, to smooth chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Beat peanut butter and softened butter together until creamy and smooth.
  2. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until a thick dough forms.
  3. Stir in crushed Butterfinger candy until well combined.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with shortening or oil if using, until smooth.
  7. Dip chilled balls into melted chocolate and place back on parchment.
  8. Let set at room temperature or chill in the fridge until firm.
