Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk or buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, brown sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form and the edges are set, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
