Description

Frozen S’mores are the ultimate no-bake summer dessert—layered with creamy chocolate pudding, fluffy marshmallow filling, and crisp graham crackers for a refreshing, ice cream sandwich-style twist on the classic campfire treat. These easy frozen bars are cool, nostalgic, and perfect for make-ahead entertaining or satisfying sweet cravings all summer long.

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers (about 1820 full sheets)
  • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme (Fluff)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips or melted chocolate for topping/dipping

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Arrange a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom, breaking pieces as needed to fit.

  2. In a bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk together until thick. Fold in whipped topping to create a mousse-like texture. Spread evenly over the graham crackers.

  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in marshmallow creme and vanilla until fluffy. Spread over the chocolate layer.

  4. Top with another layer of graham crackers to match the bottom layer. Press gently to create a sandwich-like structure.

  5. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  6. Once frozen, lift out using the parchment paper and slice into squares or bars. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later.

Notes

  • Use chocolate graham crackers for a more chocolate-forward version.
  • Add peanut butter to the marshmallow layer for a salty-sweet twist.
  • Dip or drizzle with melted chocolate for extra indulgence.
  • Mini chocolate chips can be sprinkled between layers before freezing.
  • Homemade whipped cream can be used—stabilize with powdered sugar for best texture.
