- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley or basil, for garnish
Instructions

Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
