Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are crispy, spicy, and creamy mini sandwiches featuring crunchy chicken bites coated in a bold bang bang sauce, served on soft slider buns. Perfect for parties, game days, or a fun meal anytime.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup cornstarch or flour (for coating)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8–10 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions or chives (optional, for garnish)
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp honey or sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in flour or cornstarch, dip in beaten eggs, then coat again in flour.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels. Alternatively, bake or air fry for a lighter version.
- In a bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Toss cooked chicken in bang bang sauce until evenly coated.
- Lightly toast slider buns. Layer with lettuce or cabbage, bang bang chicken, and sprinkle with green onions or chives.
- Serve warm.
