Banana Strawberry Cheesecake Dream Bars are a no-bake dessert layered with creamy cheesecake filling, fresh bananas and strawberries, all on a buttery graham cracker crust — a fruity, refreshing treat perfect for warm-weather gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- Optional: 1/4 cup strawberry jam or glaze for topping
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a lined 8×8 or 9×9-inch pan and chill for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
- Spread half the filling over the chilled crust.
- Layer banana slices, then strawberry slices on top.
- Spread the remaining cheesecake filling over the fruit and smooth the top.
- Top with additional strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam or glaze if using.
- Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use vanilla wafers or shortbread for a different crust.
- Add freeze-dried strawberries to the filling for extra flavor.
- Brush bananas with lemon juice to prevent browning.
