Ingredients
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz banana liqueur
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz coconut cream or coconut milk
- 1/2 oz grenadine
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Banana slices or pineapple wedges, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Fill a blender with crushed ice.
- Add light rum, dark rum, banana liqueur, pineapple juice, and coconut cream.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a tall glass and drizzle grenadine on top.
- Garnish with banana slices or a pineapple wedge if desired.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
