Description

Baked Cream Cheese Chicken Alfredo is a rich, creamy baked pasta dish featuring tender chicken, al dente pasta, and a velvety Alfredo sauce made with cream cheese, Parmesan, and garlic. Topped with bubbly mozzarella, it’s the ultimate comfort food for any night.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 12 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or rotini)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and set aside.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Gradually whisk in heavy cream and then Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine cooked pasta and chicken with the Alfredo sauce, mixing well to coat.
  7. Transfer to prepared baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  9. Let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve warm.
