Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: 1 tbsp lemon juice or pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Return chicken to skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter. Cook for another minute.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and optional lemon juice or red pepper flakes. Serve immediately.
